A Civil Engineer by profession, having more than 30 years of core experience in the field of value added Real Estate – Property Development & Management. Have worked with some of the major & renowned property developers in Chennai and abroad thereby gaining vast experience by managing mega residential projects from concept to completion. Have also handled various projects involving modular homes and offices for oil field companies overseas.
His experience is further complemented with his vast expertise in planning and execution of Pre-engineered building structures, lease management and hands on experience in project implementation & construction.

Mr. Venkatesan holds a Law Degree & PG Diploma in HRDI from The Madras University and has been practicing law for the past 35 years.
Mrs. Uma Venkatesan holds a Law Degree from the Dr. Ambedkar Law University and has been practicing law for the past 29 years.
Both having specialization in Civil & Corporate laws, Arbitrations, Drafting & Conveyancing, consumer laws, NCLT etc.
Mr. Shivakumar holds a Architecture degree from School of Architecture & Planning, Chennai. Has a good exposure for various themes of Architecture and has more than 10 years of hands on experience from concept to completion.
